Using the Water Lilies Swimming School Website should be simple and intuitive.  We have designed the site to provide clear information on the different lessons we offer, the swimming pools we use and the products we have available to buy from the online shop - or direct from your instructors.

The horizontal navigation menu gives you access to all of the main pages within the website - if you hover over any of the menu categories where additional sub pages are available a drop down ribbon menu will allow you to quickly select any of these pages.  Alternatively click on any main page and any sub pages will also be available from within this page.

Your Account

Clicking the 'my account' button allows you to quickly sign in to the site.  If you have forgotten your password you can click on the 'forgotten password' link and we will send a new email to your registered email address.

Swimming Lessons

At Water Lilies Swimming School we offer the STA International Learn to Swim Programme (ILSP) covering everything from introducing babies and toddlers to advanced swimming skills and survival and rescue techniques.  Clicking on any of the series or on any of the series badge pictures will give more information about the awards and the lessons within each stage.  We will also soon be offering the ability to check availability, book and pay for lessons online.

Clicking on any of the Swimming Pools listed will give more information about the individual pool, its location and a gallery of images of the pool in use by Water Lilies Swimming School.

Shopping with Water Lilies

Find the product you want to buy from Water Lilies by clicking on the Shop Online button on the Navigation Menu and choosing the product type you are interested in.  You can browse through the products available within each category and click on the product name, picture or 'more' link which you want more information on.

Adding a product to your basket is easy - you can change the quantity to add more than one and then choose any options such as colour or size and click the add to basket button.  The product will be added and your mini basket updated with the new overall number of items and total price.

You can click on the basket button in the main navigation menu or click the basket or subtotal links in the mini basket at any time to see the items you have added to your basket.  On the basket page you can change the quantities or delete products and recalculate the total price.  The basket page also provides estimated shipping prices to the UK using the cheapest shipping option. 

To checkout you can click the checkout button in the navigation menu, click the navigation button on the basket page or click the checkout link in the mini basket page.  Here you will need to sign in if you have shopped with us before or let us know your contact information by registering so we know where to send your products.

Once you have registered or signed in you can enter any promotional voucher codes you have and choose your shipping type before confirming your purchase at which point we will be notified of your purchased and you weill be transferred to our secure payment provider - Paypal, where all credit card transactions are kept safe via secure web forms.
