Swimming Lessons

Dedicated swimming tuition at large private pools across Norfolk and Suffolk to small groups of children in each session. The pools are in quiet and idyllic settings, all are heated and offer comfortable changing facilities. All the instructors are CRB checked, fully qualified and insured.

School Age Swimming

According to age and ability, our school age sessions are grouped into classes of up to 4 for beginner levels and 5 for improver and advanced levels. Through motivation and a diverse range of activities children are given lots of encouragement and rewards for each and every step they take.

Under 5s Swimming

Pre Schoolers learn differently from older children and our Under 5s lessons are colourful and fun with lots of play equiment and laughter. Children progress quickly as they are motivated to learn a life-saving skill at Water Lilies.

Babies/Parent and Toddler

At Water Lilies the emphasis is not on teaching your baby/toddler to swim in a formal way, but to encourage free movement in the water leading them to swimming when they are physically and emotionally ready. We encourage the development of a new-born baby's natural swimming reflex into conscious movements of the legs and arms.

Private Swimming Tuition

Sometimes learning to swim as a child or adult can be daunting. In our Private Tuition, whether you are starting from the beginning or perfecting a stroke, we can help build water confidence and teach the basic swimming techniques at a pace that is right for you. All without the feeling that you are being watched in a big public pool.

Pool Parties

Why not let us host your Pool Party at one of our private pools. We have loads of brilliant equiment and plenty of games packed with fun!

Development Squad

The Development Squad Programme is an introduction to competitive swimming, covering all elements that would be expected of you should you go on to join a club.

All four competitive strokes are covered in depth, developing stamina and strength, refining technique and maximising efficiency.

Disability/Special Needs

Most children with a disability/special learning need can learn to swim and the situation in which these children are taught must heavily involve the unique needs of the child. At water lilies we can offer specially planned swimming lessons for any age children and cater for a range of disabilities or special learning needs.
